How to block Spammy Domains in Google Analytics GA4

Let us make things easier!

We have a client who is getting bombarded by Spam traffic from Eastern European countries.  Follow these two steps to eliminate the traffic from your Google Analytics reports

I'm seeing that the referring domains are spoofed - as there are no associated DNS records to lookup or find a legit IP address. So filtering out by IP was impossible for us. I do see how to update the tag settings (in GA4) to block specific referral domains.

Step 1: Create a report to find the list of spammy referral hosts:
